Welcome to the Crocker Tavern House

The Crocker Tavern House (circa 1754) is a lovingly restored historic landmark nestled within Barnstable Village.  Formerly a colonial-era tavern, the Crocker Tavern House is now available as a vacation home rental.  The house has retained many of its period details and provides a genuine experience of staying at a pre-revolution landmark.  The house is located in Barnstable Village, itself is a historical neighborhood, where you will find quaint coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques.

The house has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate 14 guests. The house is ideal for large family vacations and small, informal events (inquire about event pricing).  A rustic barn is on the property as well. Its lower floor has been converted into a recreation space and is available for guests.

Walk to Barnstable Harbor and Beach, village restaurants, band concerts, historic reenactments, museums, shops. Drive just minutes to larger beaches, island ferries, and whale watch cruises. The Tavern’s mid-Cape location is ideal for exploring all the Cape and Islands.
